How it works.
A 10-week summer camp for elementary athletes. Two 2-hour sessions a week of real speed, agility, and power training — coached, measured, and built to make every kid faster.
A Typical Session
Two hours, five blocks.
Warm-Up
Movement prep, coordination drills, and mobility.
Speed Training
Sprint mechanics, acceleration drills, reaction training, and racing.
Agility Training
Change-of-direction drills, footwork, balance, and coordination.
Games & Competition
Fun competitive activities that apply what they learn.

The 10-Week Summer Plan
A real curriculum, week by week.
Every week has a theme, a focus, and drills that build on the last. Four weeks include a timed test so athletes can see their progress in numbers.
