Speed & Agility Camp

How it works.

A 6-week summer camp for elementary athletes. Two 90-minute sessions a week of real speed, agility, and power training - coached, measured, and built to make every kid faster.

A Typical Session

Ninety minutes, five blocks.

Warm-Up

Movement prep, coordination drills, and mobility.

Speed Training

Sprint mechanics, acceleration drills, reaction training, and racing.

Agility Training

Change-of-direction drills, footwork, balance, and coordination.

Every week has a theme, a focus, and drills that build on the last - finishing with a timed agility course and a Championship Week so athletes can see their progress.
